Refund policy

At Cleartub (operated by Bullfrog Spas of Northern Utah), your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your return experience is as smooth and fair as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
- Items must be shipped back to us within 45 days of purchase date
Tamper-Evident Packaging Notice:
Some items are shipped in sealed bags with tamper-evident stickers. If this seal is broken, removed, or tampered with, we cannot accept the item for return. This helps us uphold product safety and quality for all customers.
Refund Options
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee
- Prefer to avoid the fee? We’re happy to issue a Cleartub gift card instead—with no restocking fee
How to Start a Return
Please email our support team at 📧 info@cleartub.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Your Return
You have two return shipping options:
1. Arrange Your Own Shipping
You're welcome to ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Be sure to package it securely.
2. Request a Prepaid Label
We can email you a prepaid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of that label will also be deducted from your refund.
The 10% restocking fee applies in either case (unless you opt for a gift card).
Exceptions & Final Sale Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Items marked FINAL SALE, including but not limited to:
- Electrical parts (pumps, heaters, control panels, etc.)
- Custom-sized or cut-to-length items
- Spa covers ordered online and shipped to the customer
Spa Cover Return Policy (In-Store Purchases Only)
Spa covers purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
- If factory box ties are intact: No restocking fee
- If box ties are removed: A 20% restocking fee will apply
- Covers must be returned with the original receipt
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Exchanges depend on product availability
- Custom or special-order covers are non-returnable
Covers purchased online and shipped to customers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Mismatched Orders / Customer Errors
If a customer selects mismatched items or makes an error during checkout:
- We will attempt to contact you via text message
- If no response is received, we will email you two business days later
- If still no reply, we will ship the order two business days after that
Once shipped, we will not correct customer errors until the original item(s) are returned to us. We do not cover return shipping in cases of customer error.
