Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions. This policy outlines how these recurring purchases work and how they can be changed or cancelled.
General Subscription Terms
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to automatically deliver the selected products at the interval you choose (e.g., every 4, 6, 12 months). You’ll be charged for each shipment unless you choose to prepay or cancel in advance.
- Your payment details are securely stored.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.
- Promotional discounts and offers may apply to the first order or specific products.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel, pause, or make changes to your subscription at any time prior to the next charge date.
How to manage your subscription:
- Click the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation or subscription emails.
- Log into your customer account on our website.
- Contact our support team at info@cleartub.com.
- Use the chatbot on our website to request changes or cancellations.
Note: Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our Returns Policy for information on returns and refunds.
Paused or Skipped Deliveries
If you don’t need your next shipment, you may be able to pause or skip a delivery without cancelling your subscription entirely.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
New Spa Subscription Terms
The New Spa Subscription is a special offer designed exclusively for new spa customers. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:
- A minimum of four (4) shipments is required before cancellation.
- Your first shipment is free, and may include bonus or promotional items.
- Early cancellation (before four shipments) is not permitted under this agreement.
- This offer cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
Price Changes
- Price Increases: If product prices increase, your original subscription price will remain the same.
- Price Decreases: If prices go down, your subscription will automatically reflect the lower price.
We believe this offer provides long-term value and convenience, and we’re happy to support you throughout your spa ownership journey.
