Shipping policy
We aim to ship your order quickly, clearly communicate any restrictions, and ensure a smooth delivery experience from checkout to your doorstep.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $150, as well as Flat Rate Shipping ($9.99) on most orders between $100 and $149.99.
However, some exclusions apply:
Free and Flat Rate Shipping Exclusions
Free and Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to products that fall into one or more of the following categories:
- Large or Bulky Items: Products requiring special packaging or oversized freight (e.g., spa covers or large equipment).
- Heavy Items: Items exceeding standard weight limits for USPS or UPS ground services.
- Irregular or Extreme Dimensions: Products with shapes or sizes requiring custom packaging or non-standard shipping methods.
Shipping charges for these items will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
Chemical Shipping Restrictions
Certain chemicals cannot be shipped due to safety regulations, legal restrictions, or carrier limitations. These may include flammable, hazardous, or controlled substances.
We strictly follow all federal and carrier shipping guidelines. Restricted items may only be available for in-store purchase or local pick-up. Refer to product descriptions or contact us for clarification.
Fulfillment & Shipping Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options based on location, weight, and item size, including:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Second Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- LTL Freight (for large items like spa covers)
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.).
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where possible, but our ability to intervene is limited once the package is in transit.
- If a package is delayed more than 20 days, we can issue a replacement or refund.
- We will not reship an order for free until 20 days have passed.
- You may be asked to assist in filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will:
- Attempt to contact you via email or phone.
- Hold the order for 5 business days while awaiting your response.
- If no reply is received, issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
If you would like the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping charge, regardless of whether the original shipping was free.
To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
Spa Cover Shipping Disclaimer
- Spa covers are shipped via freight and may take longer than standard deliveries.
- For rural or non-metro areas, delivery times may exceed initial estimates.
- Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted. If costs decrease, we’ll refund the difference. If costs increase, we’ll contact you for approval before charging the difference.
- We may reach out to confirm fit by requesting a photo of your spa and serial number before shipping.
- All spa covers are final sale once shipped from our facility.
Shipping to Canada
We do ship to Canada. Rates are based on item weight, size, and destination, and will be shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on applicable fees.
