Regular: 60-00947 Most common style of JetPak sold.

Neck: 60-00948 This JetPak has a unique shape that shoots jets directly down onto your neck and shoulders. You tuck your shoulders under the U shape of the JetPak. Typically owners have one neck JetPak.

Troubleshooting: By design the headrests are tight so they don't slip off your snapcap. The prongs may seem like they don't line up. All headrests are the same spacing between prongs. Overtime existing prongs may shift. 

To get it into your snap cap
1) Place one button (grey) into the snapcap. 
2) Once you have one button onto your snapcap, flip your assembly and pull the lip up to stretch out the button to align with your snapcap. 
3) Put button into snapcap and press for the button to pop up on the other side of your snapcap. 
4) Lastly the edges on the headrests may need to be adjusted.
